Hero Maid started in June 2021, in a friendly take-over from Xcelcor Services (see http://www.xcelcor.ca). We are based in the beautiful Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We service clients from Ladysmith to Victoria. Though we are a new company, we have over 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Our passion is: people. Position Summary
The Evening Cleaner is a vital part of our office cleaning team. Our office cleaning team service Dentist’s, Doctor’s, Accountant’s, Lawyer’s, (and other’s) offices between 4:00 PM and Midnight, ensuring each client receives 5 star service. This person will have experience leading and managing others.
We are looking for a self starter who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability as the day to day working environment will involve little supervision.
Responsibilities
- Onsite cleaning to 3-4 office/commercial cleaning sites each evening, working with another team member.
- Reaching Gold Star (5 star-level cleaning) status with each client through the client reporting system.
- Handling customer communication through phone and email.
Job requirements
- Leadership experience
- Experience working in a mobile service environment
- Proven ability to work well with clients, team members, and stake holders
- A valid BC Driver’s license

Compensation– $20 to $25 an hour + benefits + bonuses + incentives
